Research shows that there is a positive correlation between reading practice and reading growth. As a result, more students are graduating from high school and enrolling in college. As part of Strand 1: Foundation Language Skills, this initiative aims to improve vocabulary, fluency, and self-sustained reading. Every six weeks, PSJA ECHS Library will award students with prizes. Each reporting period, students can earn a Bears letterman jacket for Top Readers. To earn the jacket, students must take the AR quiz after reading a book. Participants with the most points will receive an award.
